If you've forgotten your password, you can call the Digital Banking help desk. These following instructions are for users who have trouble reading text and so have the text on the site read aloud to them by assistive technology, such as a screen reader. Once you've logged in to Digital Banking, we will automatically log you out and refresh your screen if you don't click on anything for more than five minutes.

This is to make sure that nobody else can see your details or make transactions. If you're using assistive technology, you may want to choose the option of not having your screen refreshed.

We will still automatically log you out. If you leave your computer, you should close your browser window. This is the 4-digit number you chose when you registered for Digital Banking or Telephone Banking. It could be different to the numbers you use with your Debit or Credit Cards. This is the password you chose when you registered for Digital Banking or Telephone Banking.

It will be between 6 and 20 characters, and must include at least one letter and one number. Please remember that you will use your security number and password with both Digital Banking and Telephone Banking. Ask a question. Your Digital Banking security number must be four digits long. We won't accept: numbers in an ascending or descending order, for example or the same number three or four times in a row, for example or Your Digital Banking password must have between six and twenty characters, and contain both letters and numbers.
