The mecha dog the first time is at the zoo.. The second time i found him it was in the morning by johnnys at the top by the water User Info: LatinJerzeyGurl. Ok you have to walk into the place where the ski slope is and kinda where the trees are you will find him. He is where he ski slope is on the map.

Right when you walk in there are trees. Right by the trees walk around and you will see him. I tried but he just shows up random and its different on everyones ds so you will have to search the WHOLE island for him. It helps if you have heliports in every place so you can get there to search quicker.
